Biscuiterie Emu was born from a desire to share the joy of freshly made sweets—the warmth, aroma, and that first bite that makes you smile.

The name Emu comes from the French word émue, meaning "touched" or "moved emotionally"—because we believe food has the power to move people.

In Japan, I ran a café and taught baking classes for many years, creating not only sweets but also memorable experiences through baking.

Now based in Melbourne, I continue this journey through made-to-order sweets and local events, hoping to bring a moment of joy to each customer through the simple beauty of handmade treats.
