The name Emu comes from the French word émue, meaning "touched" or "moved emotionally"—because we believe food has the power to move people.

In Japan, I ran a café and taught baking classes for many years, creating not only sweets but also memorable experiences through baking.

Now based in Melbourne, I continue this journey through made-to-order sweets and local events, hoping to bring a moment of joy to each customer through the simple beauty of handmade treats.
